Ensure even your smallest of clients are covered with this Toddler New Englander Rain Jacket. This jacket is made with wind and waterproof New Englander polyurethane that is bonded to a woven backing to provide additional fabric strength, is lined with mesh for air-flow circulation, and taffeta nylon in the sleeves for easy on/off. It also features elastic gathering at the hood with no drawstring for added safety, heat sealed seams throughout to seal out the wind and rain, single stripe accent at the hem, covered side pockets, and elasticized cuffs. It also features a reflective single stripe accent at hem in front & back and a dual reflective stripe accent on the right arm on colors Wave, Aqua, Coral, and Hot Pink.

      Our product turn around times are as follows, these do NOT including shipping duration:

      • Most Personalized Items: 10-14 business days, times may be extended during peak times. Holiday Season (November 15-December 23) turnaround time may take up to 21 business days due to the increased amount of orders. 
      • Etched & Painted Wood Products: 10-21 business days

      BUSINESS DAYS are Monday through Friday and do not include any holidays. Day one begins the business day after your order is placed.

      We ship via USPS, either First Class or Priority shipping and UPS which can take between 1-5 business days for you to receive on top of our production times. If you need your item by a specific date or faster than this time frame, please email us prior to ordering. We will do our best to get it to you by your date needed.

      Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders once a shipping label is printed for your order. Once it leaves our location, we are no longer responsible. Make sure your correct email and phone number are included with your order and add us to your contact list. Sometimes our emails do go into your junk/spam folders.

      LOCAL FREE PICKUP: If you are local to the St. Louis, Missouri area and would like to pick up your order, select the LOCAL STL option at checkout to waive shipping charges. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup.

      Alphabet Soup Designs Pickup Policy

      Overview: At Alphabet Soup Designs, we strive to provide excellent service to our valued customers. This policy outlines our guidelines for items that are not picked up within a specified timeframe.

      1. Pickup Window: Customers are expected to pick up their items within 14 days of being notified that their order is ready for pickup. This timeframe is crucial to ensure the efficient operation of our business and to accommodate other customers.

      2. Notification: Customers will be notified via email or text message (whatever was chosen when your order was placed) when their items are ready for pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate contact information and check their notifications regularly.

      3. Shipping Invoice: If items are not picked up within the specified timeframe, a shipping invoice will be issued to cover the cost of shipping the items to the customer's provided address. The invoice will include the shipping fee and any associated handling charges. You will have one week to either pay the invoice for shipping or come pickup your items.

      4. Abandoned Items: Items not picked up within 21 days from the initial pickup date will be considered abandoned. 

      5. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to pick up your items within the specified timeframe due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential arrangements, including possible shipping options.

      6. Communication: Open communication is essential. If you anticipate any issues with the pickup timeline, please contact us promptly so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.

      7. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for items that are not picked up. The customer is responsible for the full cost of the items and any accrued shipping fees.

      8. Policy Changes: Alphabet Soup Designs reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our official communication channels.
