Welcome to Alphabet Soup Designs! We would love to create a one of a kind item just for you. Whether it is something for yourself or a gift for someone special, we've got you covered from A to Z!! Each item we make is made to your exact specifications.

Returns

We custom make each order that is purchased from Alphabet Soup. Please keep in mind the amount of time it takes to create your one of a kind item(s). If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the product. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue. All of our items are completely made by hand. We do our best to complete your item as close to perfect as possible, but we are human and there will be signs that your item was handmade.

We strive to complete each item with accuracy and quality service. If, you feel that your item was made incorrectly from the order placed, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation. Please include your order number and photos of what you received so we can verify the issue. If we agree to replace or exchange the product, it will be replaced with a new or similar replacement if the original item is no longer available. You have 10 days from the day you receive the item to contact us about any defects or damages. All items items being returned or exchanged must be in the same condition that you received them in (unwashed, unworn, all tags attached).

By checking the box at checkout you are agreeing that you have double checked your order for accuracy. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any items that have been personalized unless a mistake or quality issue has been made on our part.

Liability

Home decor items designed by Alphabet Soup Designs are intended for home décor only! They are not designed to be handled by any age child. We use the best glues and adhesives, but they do contain small parts and could potentially become a choking hazard. We recommend that you display your items so they are out of reach of children. Our products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Alphabet Soup Designs accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.

Current turnaround time is 10-14 business days before shipping. Shipping is an additional 2-5 business days. If you need you item sooner, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.
