Alphabet Soup Designs has partnered with Francis Howell Vikings Cheer Team to personalize team spirit wear. Similar to the Unlined Pack-N-Go, this Classic Lined Pullover by Charles River is embroidered with the Howell Viking Logo and Cheer directly below. Optional embroidered monogram can be added for an additional $5.

Our product turn around times are as follows, NOT including shipping duration:

  • Most Personalized Items: 1-2 weeks
  • Customized & Painted Wood Products: 2-3 weeks

We ship via USPS, either First Class or Priority shipping which can take between 1-5 business days for you to receive on top of our production times. If you need your item by a specific date or faster than this time frame, please email us prior to ordering. We will do our best to get it to you by your date needed.

LOCAL FREE PICKUP: If you are local to the St. Louis, Missouri area and would like to pick up your order, select the LOCAL STL option at checkout to waive shipping charges. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship USPS first class shipping which can take 2-3 weeks to reach you. We cannot track packages once they leave the U.S. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to track your package. We are no longer responsible for packages and we will not replace lost packages once they leave the U.S. Please be patient while your package goes through customs, it can take awhile! You may incur a customs fee for orders outside the U.S. The cost will depend on the country you are in and your order total. Our shipping costs do not cover customs fees. You can learn more about these fees by checking with your country's customs department. 

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders once a shipping label is printed for your order. Once it leaves our location, we are no longer responsible. If you would like to purchase insurance to your package, please contact us to have that added.
