Our product turn around times are as follows, these do NOT including shipping duration:

Most Personalized Items: 10-14 business days, times may be extended during peak times. Holiday Season (December 1-23) turnaround time may take up to 21 business days due to the increased amount of orders.
Etched & Painted Wood Products: 10-21 business days

We ship via USPS, either First Class or Priority shipping which can take between 1-5 business days for you to receive on top of our production times. If you need your item by a specific date or faster than this time frame, please email us prior to ordering. We will do our best to get it to you by your date needed.

LOCAL FREE PICKUP: If you are local to the St. Louis, Missouri area and would like to pick up your order, select the LOCAL STL option at checkout to waive shipping charges. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup.

BUSINESS DAYS are Monday through Friday and do not include any holidays. Day one begins the business day after your order is placed.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders once a shipping label is printed for your order. Once it leaves our location, we are no longer responsible.
